Welcome to Ontario Wedding Network (“OWN”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ontarioweddingnetwork.ca and all related services (collectively, the “Site”), including business listings, directory services, memberships, vendor profiles, and related content. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any rules, policies, or guidelines referenced or incorporated herein. 3.1 Account Creation
To list a wedding business or venue (“Listing”), you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information.
3.2 Membership Types
OWN offers various membership options, including free and paid tiers, which provide different features and exposure levels for Listings. Ontario Wedding Network
3.3 Listing Content
You are solely responsible for the content you submit (e.g., business details, images, pricing PDFs). OWN does not verify Listings for accuracy, and Listings do not imply endorsement by OWN.
3.4 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities that occur on your account. You agree to notify OWN immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Content License
By submitting content (including text, images, logos, reviews, or other materials) to the Site:
- You warrant that you own the content or have appropriate rights to grant this license.
- You grant OWN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute your content for site operations, marketing, promotion, and related purposes.
5. Use of the Site
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Post harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.

OWN reserves the right to monitor content, remove Listings or accounts at its discretion, and refuse access to users violating these Term

Paid membership fees, pricing, and billing terms are posted on the Site. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner and authorize OWN to charge your method of payment.
Refunds, renewals, and billing disputes are subject to OWN policies and may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Links & Third-Party Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. OWN does not control or endorse such third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
8. Privacy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12. Indemnification
