Union & Table is Tyler Raynham’s wedding coordination service, built on twenty years on the venue side of weddings.
Tyler started on the banquet floor at the Olympia in Hamilton and the Grand Olympia in Stoney Creek, where he became the youngest Food & Beverage Manager in the venue’s history. Over two decades he worked as a server, maitre d’ and Food & Beverage Manager at venues including The Atrium in Burlington and the Tamahaac Club in Ancaster, and personally managed more than 300 weddings. Now he works for the couple, not the venue.
Your venue coordinator looks after the room, the kitchen and their staff. Tyler looks after you: your timeline, your independent vendors, your personal decor and every detail that isn’t the venue’s job. Because he knows what happens behind the kitchen doors, he works smoothly with the venue team so the day runs on time and you and your family can be fully present.
Packages: Day-of Coordination from $2,299. Month-Prior Planning from $2,920, starting 8 to 10 weeks before your wedding. Full-Service Planning by custom proposal. Tyler takes one wedding per weekend and personally leads every wedding he books, including outdoor and tented celebrations.

Day-of wedding coordination (from $2,299): timeline creation and review, venue walkthrough, ceremony rehearsal, up to 12 hours on site, personal decor setup and packdown. Month-prior planning (from $2,920): Tyler takes over 8 to 10 weeks before the wedding as the single point of contact for your vendors. Full-service planning: venue sourcing, budget, vendor team, floor plans and multi-day coverage, by custom proposal.
Details
Calm, hands-on and venue-savvy. Tyler spent 20 years running weddings from the venue side, so he works with the venue team rather than around it, and where the venue allows he coordinates with the chef on timing. He takes one wedding per weekend and is there in person for every one.
