BrideSpark is a wedding planning app made in Toronto that keeps the whole wedding in one place. Couples build their guest list with households, plus-ones, meals, allergies and addresses (or import it from Excel or Google Sheets), and can collect mailing addresses from guests with one link. They track their budget with payment reminders, follow a month-by-month checklist, plan the seating chart and the day-of timeline, and find wedding vendors near their venue.
Partners plan together, each from their own account, on the web or the Android app (iPhone coming soon). Every feature is free for every couple: no premium plan, no trial, no credit card.
Wedding website and online RSVPs
Couples create a wedding website in minutes, choosing from 24 styles and their own wedding colour. It holds their story, schedule, travel details, registry links and Q&A, with optional password protection. Websites can be bilingual (English and French), which suits many Canadian weddings.
Each guest gets a personal RSVP link. Guests don't need an account, and their answers (attendance, meals, allergies) update the couple's guest list automatically. Guests can also add their photos to the wedding's gallery through a link or QR code.
Invitations and stationery
Save-the-dates, invitations, menus and signs come in the same style as the wedding website, already filled in with the couple's details. QR codes take guests straight to the RSVP page or the photo gallery.
Couples can download and print everything at home for free, or order their stationery printed and delivered.

BrideSpark is a Canadian company, made in Toronto. We believe planning a wedding shouldn't mean paying for another subscription, so BrideSpark is free for every couple with every feature included, and we've promised never to charge couples for it.
We make planning easy for everyone involved. Guests RSVP without creating an account, partners plan side by side, and the app works in English and French (plus Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian), so families across Ontario, Quebec and abroad can all take part. We also protect couples' privacy: wedding websites carry no ads, and couples' and guests' names are never shared with advertisers.
