Popis Flowers & Events is made up of an incredible group of people who share one common goal; creating your Wedding experience. Founded in 2014 Popis Flowers & Events team will help set the tone for your custom wedding experience.

We are a one-stop shop for all your event needs (wedding, corporate, birthday, bridal, engagement). From Planning your wedding and all your floral to execution of design details and decor rentals. Believing that providing personalized and attentive service, excellent communication with creative ideas is where we shimmer and glow. We can’t wait to be a part of your event!

Services

What services do you offer?

Popi's Flowers & Events specializes floral and day of coordination, which include:

Floral:

Bouquets, Centerpieces, Aisle, Archways, Boutonnieres, Corsages, Pews, Head Table, Fresh and Faux Floral

Coordination Services are day of or partial wedding planning which include:Initial 2 hour in-person consultation with the couple

Unlimited phone / Zoom and e-mail communication

Venue walk through (if we haven’t worked at the facility)

Floor plan review

In-person or Zoom meeting 5-6 weeks out from wedding date to draft wedding timeline.

Wedding timeline development and distribution to entire vendor team

Contacting all chosen vendors one week prior to the wedding date to make sure they are aware of the timeline and all other specifics for the day

Wedding day checklist & photography shot list provided 8 weeks out

WEDDING DAY

Full day of onsite assistance with ceremony, reception and cocktail hour

Wedding coordination - 1 coordinator + 1 Assistant from start to finish, up to a maximum of 10-12 hours (subject to change to final timeline)

Coordinating the flow of the ceremony, reception and wedding day

Making sure everything is running smoothly and according to schedule

Set up of signage, place cards, guest favours, wedding guest book and any other small personal décor items Coordinating the pre-rehearsed line up of the bridal party for the ceremony

Coordinating with the MC and DJ/Band throughout the entire reception

Overseeing vendors set up and clean up while we are onsite

Coordinating speeches and any other entertainment during the reception
