The Shiraz Ballroom is the perfect place for your family and friends to join together in celebrating your special day.  The dedicated staff at the Armenian Centre help make your wedding stress free and easy to plan so that you can focus on enjoying the day and making memories that will last a lifetime. The Shiraz Ballroom is a large and luxurious space that is excellent for both ceremonies and receptions.  Pre-set dining tables are neatly arranged at the edge of the room leaving ample space in the middle for chairs to be set up auditorium-style for the ceremony.  Then, while your guests enjoy a social pre-reception time in our Cocktail Lounge with drinks and hors d'oeuvres, our serving team quickly and quietly transforms the ceremony space into the reception hall of your dreams.  This is perfect for couples who don't want their guests to have to arrange transportation from the ceremony site to the venue.

Greg Taylor, Cam Heaps and Greg Cromwell had been colleagues at one of Canada's premier microbreweries in the late 1980's and 90's, before it was bought out by a national brewer and closed down, like so many of Ontario’s independent breweries. Our Banquet Hall offers an incredible setting for your wedding, featuring a panoramic view of the golf course and accommodating up to 200 people for dinner & dancing. We also have a second banquet room—we call it the “Small Hall”—that can seat up to 50 people, or serve as a Cocktail Reception area for your guests. Our entire facility is climate-controlled, wheelchair accessible and open year-round. We can also help with on-site wedding ceremonies and provide referrals for decorators, photographers and DJs or musicians. Please note: We do not allow self-catering or outside caterers at our banquet facility.

This 18 hole course offers a unique golfing experience for every skill level. With mature, well-treed fairways and water in play on half of the holes. Located conveniently eight Kilometres north of the 401, Beaverdale Golf Club offers a unique golfing experience. With mature, well-treed fairways and water in play on half of the holes, Beaverdale provides a challenge for golfers of every skill level. The 4759 yard layout from the championship tees demands shots of accuracy rather than length. Each shot must be strategically placed to have easier approaches into the small, subtle rolling greens. As one of the best manicured courses in the the area, it makes a day of golf a walk in the park. Beaverdale’s 445 yard par five 6th hole is by far the most demanding and presents a challenge for even the best players. A very narrow landing area for your first two shots makes or breaks your score. The signature 4th hole features a green almost entirely surrounded by water. If you can hit an accurate 100 yard tee shot, you have a good chance at birdie on this par three.

Designed by Rene Muylaert and opened in 1977, The Greens At Renton was originally known as The Nanticoke Golf Club.  The original Club House was the Old Post Office Building in the village of Renton and was moved to its location at the golf course by Horses. ​ In 1999 additional land was purchased and another 9 holes were added.  They were designed by the golf course superintendent at the time, Dave Wray.  In 2000 The Greens At Renton officially opened its doors as a 27 hole facility featuring three challenging and comparable 9 hole layouts, as well as a state of the art Clubhouse and Banquet Facility. ​ In the fall of 2020, The Greens moved into a new phase to become a year-round entertainment facility and true community meeting place. The addition of three HD Multisport Simulators, an indoor heated practice area, and a fully stocked golf shop along with delicious food nights meant The Greens at Renton wasn’t just for summers anymore! ​ ​ Come and make your memories with us…………Whatever they may be!
