Welcome to Irvineside Farm!  We offer a unique and private space for your day.  It truly can become whatever you envision for the entire weekend.  From 3:00pm on Friday, until 11:00am on Sunday, the place is yours. We pride ourselves on not offering packages and not trying to become a ‘wedding mill’ that has another wedding in the wings or running concurrently. Be creative or laid back.  Adventure or chill. Our guests love the peaceful surroundings.  We have 8 acres with a small creek.  There is accommodation for up to 28 people (farmhouse for 4  and 24 in the glamping tents).  We see it as a ‘mini-destination’ wedding because your core group of 28 can stay on site for the weekend and you can still have up to 100 guests for the wedding and the reception. We have a luxurious 4 room washroom trailer on site with flush toilets, showers and unlimited hot water.  The drive shed and barn are spacious and picturesque.  We also have four (10’x20’) pop up tents to increase the outside space. We have enough on site cooking facilities for the overnight guests.

Get ready for A One Of A Kind Experience! Nestled on the banks of Duffins Creek, Pickering Museum Village is a living history village consisting of 19 heritage buildings, gardens, and orchards. Pickering City Council and staff are here to ensure that residents receive prompt attention and exceptional service regarding municipal concerns. Our Members of Council are responsible for the management and administration of City resources. As well as attending Council and Committee meetings, various members are also active on a number of board and committee meetings. Our door is always open. The Pillar and Post is a landmark hotel in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. It combines modern amenities within a historic setting. We hope while you and your guests join us here for your wedding you all can relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest.  You have waited so long and put so much effort into planning this special day, we want you to have as much fun as possible.  Please let us know if there is anything you need to make your visit more comfortable. Here are a few guidelines you need to know.  Smoking ( of any kind ) is permitted on La Terrace, ( the Old Barn foundation ).  Please toss your butts into the fire pit or into the butt cans Provided.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere else but here !  Evening campfires are permitted as long as there are no fire bans in effect.  Either Michel or myself or my son Chance will be happy to light one for you.  Make sure you pack the hot dogs and marshmallows in the cooler. Our venue is pet friendly.  We know that Fido is part of the family, however you MUST keep your four legged buddy on a leash at all times.  Cleanup after your pet is mandatory.  There is a non refundable cleanup deposit requirement of $75 for each pet.  If your 4 legged child happens to to be a barker we will ask that you make other arrangements for them.  Let’s keep the comfort of all our guests in mind please.  For the safety of all pets please ensure your dog is up to date on all shots and vaccinations as well as being guarded against wood ticks.  We are hoping to have an enclosed dog run available for the summer of 2019.  If its not ready then your dog may be turned into our fenced back yard for a run.  There will be a garbage can at the back of the property to dispose of doggy waste.  I always have extra doggy poop bags available in case you have forgotten yours.( Our 2 dogs will be enjoying  a sleepover at Apple Ridge Farm and Dog Boarding so they wont interfere with your day in any way. )  ABSOLUTELY NO PETS IN THE TENT OR AROUND THE CATERERS TENT at any time please as this violates food health regulations. We wouldn’t want your food service to be shut down. We encourage you and your partner to grab a cocktail and take a stroll around the property.  My new husband ( I love saying that 😀 ) and I do this in the evenings and we very much enjoy it.  It’s our way of washing the days stresses away and reconnecting with one another.  Please dispose of any empty cups, glasses, bottles and trash into the recycling bins and garbage cans located at The Happy Hour Bar. Although we want all of our young guests to have fun too, we ask that your children are always supervised for safety sake.  Especially around the Marshmallow Pit and Horseshoe Alley.  We are also hoping to get a kids fort/activity area set up for the little ones to enjoy. We have a badminton net and rackets and a basketball pad and hoop for the older kids as well as weighted lawn darts. Remember the bug spray. We don’t have any really close neighbors, however, out of courtesy, we ask that your DJ or band lower the volume accordingly when 11:00 pm rolls around as this is in accordance with our municipal regulations.

When you book your wedding at Rolling Acres, you are the only bride at our property and you will have exclusive use of the venue and gardens. Located in Bowmanville, we have 10 acres of beautiful country setting and a tranquil, deck side 30 foot waterfall making it the perfect backdrop for your pictures. Our Wedding Gazebo is set over the turquoise coloured pond with its own private sandy beach and a seating area with a capacity of 150 guests. Enjoy our 900 Square foot deck both open and covered with ample seating to sit back and enjoy a cocktail with friends and take in the view of the country side. We also offer complete food & drink catering services to make your day easy and stress-free. A lot of pride and care in the kitchen makes your dinner for your guests a meal to remember.
