Our contemporary banquet rooms can accommodate up to 220 guests for a sit-down meal or up to 250 for cocktail receptions. Each of our banquet rooms is equipped with free wireless Internet access and we can provide AV equipment such as a microphone, display screen, and podium to meet your needs. As our guests, you'll also have access to the outdoor deck to enjoy the fresh country air and beautiful views of our grounds. Decorations You are welcome to decorate the banquet hall to suit your tastes. The halls are designed to be easy to decorate from minimalist table decorations up to full gowning of the entire room. You are limited only by your imagination. We only ask that you not tack or adhere anything to the walls. Music & Dancing You may arrange your own music. Please let us know of any special requirements from your music provider. The larger banquet rooms include a dance floor. Standard SOCAN and ReSound fees apply to all copyrighted music.

If you're looking for charm, character and history our venue will be unforgettable for your guests. Private events on our main floor are for groups of 25-50; we also have a 'rose room' that is more quaint and holds groups of 8-20 for tea parties. The Revival House chef team has designed three packages ranging from $65/per guest for brunch-style options to $170 per guest for a four-course plated meal, with dozens of unique options for lots of flexibility, like gluten-free items + appetizer service + late-night canapes, custom treats + signature cocktails … or just ask. Revival House bar options are flexible to accommodate your favourites, our exclusive + hard-to-find items, plus a choice of host bar, cash bar + corkage services to work with the unique nature of your day. April 17, 1948, a group of 15 local men formed the charter for R.C.L.Branch 486. At that time, Bronte was a part of Trafalgar Township, so the Branch was named R.C.L Branch 486 Bronte Trafalgar. Bronte was eventually annexed and became part of Oakville. As a result of this, on June 6, 1975, the Branch was renamed R.C.L., General Chris Vokes Branch, in honor of Brigadier-General Chris Vokes, who served in the Italian campaign in WW2. Originally there was no Legion building so the meetings were held at the homes of the original members. In 1968, 20 men each loaned Branch 486 a sum of $2500.00, which was used to build the structure that we now use. These loans were all repaid. In the mid-'70s, women were given full privileges and allowed to come to the clubroom at any time. Branch 486 has always been called "The Friendliest Legion Branch" and The Branch members look forward to meeting visitors and new members in order to welcome them to our Branch. Branch 486 is located on the corner of Jones Street and Marine Drive, just one block from the Lake in Trendy Bronte.
